Most mail-in repairs are completed within one to three business days of arrival, plus transit time each way, and if a repair is not possible or not worth it, you are not charged for the diagnosis.

Use the original box if you have it. If not: wrap the device in anti-static bubble wrap, place it in a snug box with at least 2 inches of padding on all sides, and make sure nothing can shift during transit. For desktops, remove and pack the GPU separately if it's a full-length card. Include a note with your name and phone number inside the box.
You pay to ship it to us. Return shipping is included in your repair quote: we factor it in so there are no surprises. We use tracked, insured shipping for all returns.
If we can't repair your device or the repair cost isn't worth it, we'll tell you honestly. You won't be charged for the diagnosis. Return shipping in that case would be at cost: we'll discuss options.
